This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Welcome to TNNT SEO ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us.

2. Information We Collect

When you connect a social media account (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit or Discord) to the Service, we access only the information covered by the permissions you approve on that platform's authorization screen:

• Basic Profile Information: Your display name, account identifier and profile picture, so you can confirm which account is connected.
• Account / Page Information: The list of Facebook Pages, YouTube playlists or similar destinations you manage, so you can choose where a post goes.
• Publishing Permissions: Use of your OAuth access token to publish the content you create to the destinations you select.

We do not store your personal passwords. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are never sent anywhere except to the API of the platform they belong to.

2.1 TikTok Integration

If you connect a TikTok account, we use TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API with the following scopes only:

• user.info.basic — to read your TikTok open_id, display name and avatar so you can confirm which account is connected.
• video.upload — to upload the video file you selected to TikTok's servers.
• video.publish — to publish that video to your TikTok account with the privacy level you chose.

For TikTok we store: your open_id, display name, avatar URL, the requested scopes, and the encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens. We do not read your TikTok followers, direct messages, analytics, or any other user's content. We do not post on your behalf without an explicit action by you in our interface.

We do not sell, rent or share TikTok data with advertisers or data brokers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect or receive:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To post content to your selected social media accounts upon your request.
• To manage your connected social accounts within our application.
• To provide you with customer support.

We do not use data obtained through any platform API to train machine-learning models, build advertising profiles, or determine creditworthiness.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

5. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with an application key, transmitted only over HTTPS, and used only to call the API of the platform that issued them. Access is limited to the account that connected them.

6. Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time.

• Facebook: remove our app from your Facebook settings, then contact us.
• TikTok: open TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security and login → Manage app permissions, and remove our app. You can also email us and we will delete the stored tokens within 30 days.
• YouTube: visit Google Account permissions and remove our app's access.
• All platforms: email support@ezseo.io.vn to have your account and every connected token removed from our system.

When a token is deleted we can no longer publish to that account, and any post already published stays on the platform under your own control.

7. Data Retention

We keep OAuth tokens only while your account is connected to that platform. Deleting the connection, or your account, removes the tokens immediately. Post history you keep in our dashboard stays until you delete it. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
