Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the TNNT SEO website and application (the "Service") operated by TNNT SEO ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok. Your use of those integrations is also governed by that platform's own terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

2. Social Media Posting Services

Our application allows you to post content to third-party social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and Discord. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you post.
• You will not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or libellous.
• You will comply with the terms and community guidelines of each platform you post to, including the TikTok Community Guidelines and TikTok API Terms of Service.
• You own or have the necessary rights to every image and video you upload through the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend your access if you violate platform policies.

2.1 TikTok Integration

When you connect TikTok, you authorize us to use TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API on your behalf with the user.info.basic, video.upload and video.publish scopes only.

• Every TikTok post is triggered by an explicit action you take in our interface. We never post automatically or on a schedule you did not set.
• The privacy level of each video (public, friends, or only me) is selected by you before publishing. While our TikTok app is not yet approved by TikTok, TikTok only permits publishing to a TikTok account set to Private, and the post is visible only to you; public posting becomes available once the app is approved.
• You may revoke our access at any time from TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security and login → Manage app permissions. Revoking access stops all further publishing immediately.
• Deleting a post record in our dashboard removes it from our system only. It does not delete the video from TikTok — you remain in control of content already published.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TNNT SEO and its licensors.

5. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by TNNT SEO.

TNNT SEO has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that TNNT SEO shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TNNT SEO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
